Sativa is the founder and principal designer at Laurelle, a design studio specializing in industrial design, strategy, and product management. She believes that great ideas thrive with strategic action. Aligning company goals and product offerings with market differentiation, user research, and cost restraints helps companies establish a business and launch model that minimizes setbacks and maximizes success. Sativa draws on fifteen years of experience designing and developing consumer goods and launching bootstrapped companies including two of her own. Her award winning designs feature simple manufacturing techniques and innovative features that disrupt established product categories. Sativa holds a BS in design from Stanford University.
